A seller experience: moving at the client’s pace
Max described a home sale where the sellers needed a patient approach to an emotional move. He worked through the process with them at their pace. When an inspection identified roof damage, he helped coordinate the next steps and connected the sellers with a roofer.
His support extended to a small final detail: Max paid to have the yard mowed once more for the buyer. His account concerns a completed sale. He describes this kind of care as the experience he wants clients to recommend.

A good fit for two different goals in Liberty
In 2019, Max worked with buyers who wanted a newer home with a pool while staying in the same area of Liberty, Missouri. They needed to sell their current home before making the move, so finding a suitable property also meant finding a seller willing to consider a home-sale contingency.
A listing appointment revealed a possible match. Those sellers were moving out of state for work and valued convenience. They wanted to avoid extensive preparation and numerous showings. Max recognized that their home fit his buyers’ goals.
Max and his team helped the buyers make a contingent offer on the property off market. They then listed the buyers’ current home. According to Max, it received multiple offers, went under contract after one week and sold for $75,000 above its asking price, with closing taking approximately 30 to 40 days.
Max reports that both transactions closed and the buyers moved into the home with a pool they had wanted. The experience came from understanding two different sets of priorities and coordinating a purchase that depended on another sale.
