The best real estate agent for a Kansas City move is the person whose relevant experience, advice and service fit the transaction. Separate the evidence into four questions

- What is the source and date? Follow links to the original review or ranking provider. Check whether an award describes a city, state, category or national list and which year’s sales it measures.
- What will happen in your transaction? Discuss the communication schedule, backup coverage, proposed services and who handles pricing, negotiation and coordination.

Make the comparison local
A metro-wide brand can serve several communities while individual agents have different experience. An Overland Park sale, a Liberty purchase and a relocation search spanning two states can require different property evidence and timing decisions. Tell each candidate where you plan to move and ask for examples relevant to that specific situation.

Ask for a concrete service plan
Before hiring, identify your main adviser and the people supporting them. Ask how pricing advice will be explained, how questions and deadlines will be handled, and how coverage works when the main contact is unavailable. Team size alone does not establish immediate or round-the-clock availability.

Common questions
Who is the best real estate agent in Kansas City?
The best fit depends on your location, property and service needs. Compare relevant local work, client feedback, communication and the person who will advise you. A ranking or a large team review total does not answer all of those questions.
How should I interpret a team production ranking?
Check the source, edition, sales-data year, team category and geography. Team production reflects the group and should not be treated as the individual experience of every member or a prediction of your result.
Are a review count and a five-star count the same?
No. A platform total includes the reviews counted by that platform. An average rating does not establish how many reviews received a particular star rating. Keep each source and its observation date separate.
What should I ask MoJo before choosing an agent?
