Originally from Kansas City, born and raised north of the river. Growing up Jessica helped her dad remodel houses and gained a ton of knowledge about construction. She has personally seen this city and surrounding communities change and evolve over the years into the wonderful place it is today. Jessica has three children and two grandchildren, and is thankful to have a great community for them to grow and prosper.

Helping a move stay on track after two setbacks
Jessica worked with buyers preparing to move from Arkansas to the Kansas City area. They needed help getting to know an unfamiliar market and comparing homes within their budget. Their search covered a wide area, from Lexington to Grain Valley, as Jessica helped them refine what would work for their move.
When the buyers could attend, Jessica showed homes in person. When they could not, she visited properties and recorded videos so they could evaluate the homes from a distance.
An initial purchase fell through after inspections. Jessica returned to the search with the buyers and helped them find another home. Then an unexpected financing issue threatened the planned closing. She worked to connect them with another lender who could help keep the purchase moving.
According to Jessica, the purchase ultimately closed nine days after the original closing date, allowing the buyers to complete their move from Arkansas. She also reports that the home appraised for $18,000 above its purchase price. Her account describes the persistence and coordination behind that particular purchase.
