I worked with clients who needed to sell their current home and find their next one. Understanding what they wanted from both sides of the move was an important place to start.
We had new listing photos taken, and I marketed the home across multiple platforms. I stayed in contact, followed up and kept the sellers informed about what was happening.
The clients also needed to sign their documents by hand instead of electronically. I coordinated the physical paperwork throughout both transactions so the process would work for them.
Alongside the sale, I focused on what they wanted and needed in their next home. Their home sold in July 2026, and they purchased their next home in Independence in August 2026. Helping them through both transactions meant paying attention to the marketing, the communication and the practical details that mattered to these particular clients.
