Chanel Rodriguez was raised in northwest Missouri and moved to Texas to pursue her Ph.D. in 2010. After a decade in Texas, she returned to the Kansas City area to raise her two children with her husband, Saul. With its tree-lined neighborhoods, world-famous BBQ, cultural activities, and sports teams, Kansas City was the perfect place for her family to call home.

She began her career as a junior high and high school teacher, then transitioned to a college professor, before serving as the Chief Operating Officer for a small family business that grew to over 200 employees in just four years. Eventually, she followed her passion for helping people achieve their dreams through real estate.

Her background in education has given her the skills to guide clients through the biggest investment of their lives with clarity and confidence. Chanel prides herself on having a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to listen to her clients’ needs. Her goal is to ensure that every client feels fully informed and comfortable throughout the process of buying or selling a home, providing clear communication and support every step of the way.
