Staley Farms is one of Kansas City’s premier neighborhoods. It is the most sought-after golf community in the northland and offers breathtaking views from nearly every home.

The community’s 600 acres of rolling hills feature prominently in the world-class golf course. The golf course was developed by international course designer Eric Iverson, and the 18 holes look as though they have always been part of the landscape. When not playing on the bentgrass fairways, you’ll be able to enjoy the clubhouse’s many events throughout the year. These events range from 4th of July celebrations, to the Halloween parties, and Easter brunch. (Best of all, membership to the social club is free to Staley Farms homeowners.)

Outside the Sports & Recreation Club, Staley Farms features a walking trail and bike path that meander aside Shoal Creek Parkway. It also has a children’s playground, where all the equipment has been carefully screened for both safety and contribution to children’s physical development.

Conveniently located, Staley Farms is just 12 minutes from Zona Rosa, 15 minutes from KCI International Airport, 22 minutes from the Power & Light District, and 30 minutes from the Plaza.

Staley Farms students attend North Kansas City schools, beginning with Bell Prairie Elementary School, located less than 5 minutes away down Shoal Creek Parkway (at 3000 NE 108th St).

For 6th through 8th grade, students attend New Mark Middle School, 5 minutes down the road at 515 NE 106th St.

Then, from 9th grade on, Staley Farms students attend one of the Northland’s best high schools, Staley High—just a half mile down the road, at 2800 NE Shoal Creek Pkwy.

Staley Farms Golf Course sponsors a variety of golf events each year—most notably many qualifying USGA tournaments, including the 2003 U.S. Senior Open, the 2003 U.S. Women’s Amateur, the 2004 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship, the 2005 U.S. Open Championship, and the 2009 U.S. Ladies Open.

Kansas City Parks hosts the Wilderness Run in the fall, a challenging 5-mile cross-country run over hills, through the woods, and over creeks.

North Kansas City’s Fridays in the Park feature live music every Friday throughout the summer (June through September), ranging from jazz, to country, and even German music!

Zona Rosa hosts a number of events throughout the year, including summer concerts and visits with Santa Claus.
