The National

Located in Parkville, MO, The National is one of the Kansas City area’s most attractive golf communities.

Designed by internationally renowned golfer Tom Watson, The National’s course features beautifully rolling terrain and breathtaking lakeside views.

It’s no wonder Golf Digest ranks the course in the Top 100!

But there’s more to buying a home than just golf. (That’s what some people tell us, at least.) Luckily, The National’s homes are as outstanding as the golf course. Whether your dream is a home overlooking the rolling hills of the golf course, or a maintenance-provided townhome, The National’s home feature has a variety and style you’ll find hard to resist.

When it comes to amenities, The National ranks highest in the region. Quite simply, the community brings the resort to you. What does this “resort” entail?

  • The Family Activity Center features three swimming pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and exceptional tennis courts.
  • Dining at the clubhouse entails an exceptional atmosphere, with a menu to match, courtesy of award-winning chef Eric Barkley.
  • The Golf Club’s social organization brings Parkville community members together for a variety of events throughout the year.
  • The surrounding walking trails meander through woods
  • The sailing lake is a picture of serenity, where you can fish, kayak, or sail. The community even offers sailing lessons!

There’s always something going on in the neighborhood “resort,” but The National also has easy access to other Kansas City-area attractions. Parkville Commons shopping center is just down the road, and the community is just a 10 minute drive from Zona Rosa, 10 minutes from historic Downtown Parkville, and 23 minutes from the Power and Light District downtown.
